| After a couple month break, we got togther and downed Void Reaver in TK in the first night! At least 8 of the 25 were totally new to TK, and got to learn the fight very fast (of course those 8 were experienced in BWL and Naxx, so we knew they'd be good!)
Thanks to:
Jack, Cave, Baddream, and all who attended the planning meeting last weekend
Baddream for leading a successful 25 man, managing invites with Avend and Cave, bringing in talented potential recruits for classes we were mising (I think only 2 or so were needed)
Tanks: sure they're overpowered for TK, but still - great job! gratz tiern on the ring!
Healers: 7 melee dps at void is a challenge, which they learned and kept up!
DPS: no where near enraged, so we did well - ranged learned how to move and bandage!
Back to TK next sunday for alar, see the post on the forums on the mods required (Deadly boss mods, and solaris something...)

First night in TK, Void Reaver downed!

Instead of Creating a new guild, We have decided to create a new guild charter that embodies a representation of who we are, with one common goal of being the best we can possibly be.
A guild is comprised of a group of people working together at common goals. As is the case in life, many aim high, but only a few can follow through. This guild embodies those few. The players who want to reach higher and set a president for others.

This quote explains the core foundation of our guild. Anyone can add to the current raid situation or strategy. The more input the better. If all 25 members of a raid work together and all take a leadership responsibility, much more will be accomplished than 24 people blindly following a leader.
Membership
A member in this guild possesses a certain drive when it comes to World of Warcraft. They do not merely sit idly and wait for things to be handed to them, but rather go in and take it themselves. In order to become a member of this guild you must be willing to dedicate as much time to others as you would expect from them. It is understandable that life does interfere, but a guild consists of many members. Replacements are available and all one needs to do is to be responsible and make sure all do not suffer for their absence.
Ideally we will raid Sunday through Thursday. This means flasks; pots and a good attitude are required on these nights. Since the weekends are free to our members, we expect that much more from the weekdays.

No one member of a guild can clear an instance alone. What makes a guild great is the ability to rely on others to get things accomplished. If everyone does a small part the prize will come easy. With that every member will be given a small task or job within the guild. Whether it is leadership during raids or recruitment, every member will where the tag knowing they themselves attribute to it’s greatness.
